One of the interesting projects we have completed this month – a holiday home kitchen makeover.

This is the kitchen before:

There was a lot of space wasted in the corner – on the sides of the oven/hob and also above the wall cabinets.

Goal

As you can see the kitchen looked a little outdated, so giving it a new look was our goal, as well as maximising the storage space. We were also to replace the appliances.

Planning

We have suggested a simple L-shape design with a small kitchen island. We have planned wall cabinets to be a little taller, as the ceiling is quite high in this house.

Customer choose to go with natural medium-dark wood kitchen fronts, to compliment the existing wooden floor and feature stone wall.

To make sure there is enough light in the new kitchen, we have planned under-cabinet and window panel lightning.
